By confirming a booking with Katre Konsultatsioonid OÜ, the guest agrees to the following terms:

• Booking & payment. The booking is considered confirmed once payment has been received in full according to the terms shown at checkout. Prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
• Cancellation. The cancellation policy applicable to your booking is the one displayed at the time of booking and in your confirmation email. We recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected changes.
• Check-in & check-out. Standard check-in is from 15:00; check-out is by 11:00. Late check-out may incur an additional fee.
• Guest responsibility. The guest is responsible for the apartment and its contents during the stay. Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the guest.
• Maximum occupancy. The number of guests staying must not exceed the number confirmed at booking. Unauthorised additional guests may result in termination of the stay without refund.
• House rules. Guests agree to comply with the house rules. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination of the stay without refund.
• Liability. Katre Konsultatsioonid OÜ is not liable for personal belongings left in the apartment or for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control (e.g. utility outages, force majeure).
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Estonia.
