To make sure every guest has a great stay, we kindly ask you to follow these rules:

• Check-in: from 15:00
• Check-out: by 11:00 (earlier/later possible on request, subject to availability)
• No smoking anywhere inside the apartment or on the terrace. A cleaning fee of €150 will apply to violations.
• No parties or events. This is a residential building and neighbours value their quiet.
• Quiet hours: 22:00–08:00
• Maximum number of guests must not exceed the number stated in your booking. Additional guests require prior approval.
• Pets: not allowed unless approved in advance in writing. Please respect the apartment and its contents. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest.
• Lock the door and close windows when you leave the apartment.
• Report any issues to us as soon as possible so we can help resolve them during your stay.
